My entire teaching is not to clutter your mind with memories but to move on, there is no need to hold on to anything in your mind, the very purpose of my teachings is to make you aware and to give you the experience to flow in life, so just flow with life, nothing can happen in collecting data - it’s useless, I have something of immense to offer - Meditation and Bhakti of Bhagwan Nityanand.

Simply remain in your awareness and then nothing else will be required. Bhagwan Nityanand will take care.
